The Sets of Summer

Nothing is able to set the mood quite like some tropical vibes from some of our favorite artists. Spanning from regions all over the world, these artists have come together to form one of our favorite genres of music, Tropical House. If you love being by the pool or at the beach as much as we do, we think you’ll quickly understand why we have made each of these sets our “Sets of Summer.”

Sam  Feldt – Zeevonk

While only in his early twenties, Dutchman Sam Feldt has become quite the deep house tastemaker of his day. With amazing remix work as well as solid hits like the early 2015 release ‘Show Me Love’, which proved to be his definite claim to fame, he’s one of the DJs to watch when it comes to a new sound flooding the scene.

Thomas Jack Presents: Tropical House Vol. 5

Are you looking for a little more adventure in your life? What about an adventure without having to buy a plane ticket, pack a luggage, or ever have to worry about a rainy day? Well, let me show you the way through the sounds of Thomas Jack.

Hailing from Bemboka, Australia is rising star Thomas Jack. At only 20 years old, Thomas’ future is shining as bright as the music he creates. His hit single “Final Speech” led him to a viral tear on top of the HypeM charts where he continued a successful run with follow up tracks such as his stellar remix for Of Monsters and Men “Little Talks” and the extra smooth remix for Adrian Lux’s hit single ”Teenage Crime”. Like the oceans surrounding Thomas’ backyard his music ebbs and flows, sometimes unpredictably but always beautifully.

His sets are filled with pleasure and happiness. Sax, flutes, trumpets, you name it, Thomas brings in the jazz orchestra for a unique style suitable for the masses. Still developing as an artist, Thomas will continue to grow and surprise us everyday.

 Bloes Brothers #36 – Klingande

Both Klingande and ‘Jubel’ are named after Swedish words due to Klingande’s love of the nation’s house music: ‘Jubel’ meaning joy, and 'Klingande' taken from the word for sounding.
Klingande was formed in December of 2012 by Cédric, 24-year-olds from Croix in northern France.Cédric studied music theory as a child, but later became immersed in electronic music as a teenager; initially a DJ, he soon also began to work on his own original productions. After his year of production and music school in London, he came back and produce Jubel and Punga in 2013, with one of his friends.

Klingande have spent much of the year touring throughout all over Europe. The second single to be released in mainland Europe is ‘Punga’, another track which features his distinctive house-meets-saxophone sound and also earned a huge online following.

By now you are probably ready to get in your Pineapple Flonut and float into your own abyss. Enjoy!
